## How to read these records

### The record

A company with 15 or more employees must hold an IDHR number to bid on Illinois public contracts. The Department publishes the current eligible bidders and when each registration expires.

### Status

Eligible bidder, registration not expired. The file gives a city but no street address.

### What is not here

Individuals, and any name without a company word (Inc, LLC, Corp, Co…). Owner and contact names, phone numbers
and mailing addresses, which this site never downloads.
